Our Story

Hassle-Free Window & Door was founded by U.S. Air Force Veteran and Georgia native Vince Smith and his wife, Robyn Smith. They have partnered with Head of Installation Elton Teles and his wife, Caroline Teles. Together, they’ve built a company rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and customer care. We treat our customers like friends and their homes like our own—because that’s what community is all about.

Elton has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years and is now a trusted partner in the business. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, he personally oversees every installation to ensure the highest quality and care. Alongside his wife, Caroline, Elton helps us extend a true sense of family to every homeowner we serve.
